What does TaoBao direct SG do?

Ever purchase anything online from web site like ebay, Gmarket or amazon? And found that it cost so much cheaper as compare to retail prices? What if I tell you that you can get practically anything from the above web store at a much much cheaper price? Well, your dream had just came truth. Let me introduce you to www.taobao.com! We will be your agent, help you purchase, and ship to your address at a cheaper rate compare to other online agent.


So, TaoBao direct SG, there's so many other agent online, why should I chose you?
Cause we are cheaper!!! Take a tour, google for taobao agent, and look at their charges. On average, their cost of shipment rate range from $10 to $14 for the first KG and $8 to $10 for the additional KG, and on top of that, there's a 8% to 10% service charges. Even worst, you will have to self collect it at their warehouse or MRT station, or get it delivered to you door step at additional cost!!
We, on the other hand, only charge you for $9 for the first KG, and $7 for additional Each KG and only a 5% service charges! Where to find???!!

How do I come about purchasing?
You just have to go online, enter www.taobao.com and search for your item using chinese character (if you have no idea how to type chinese, you can always use translate.google.com) look for the price(in CNY ¥) most suitable for you, and email the URL and your selection to taobaodirectsg@gmail.com. When the item reaches Singapore, we will deliver to your place. Payment via paypal or bank transfer.

What happen if I don't understand Chinese?
No problem, just email us what item are you looking for, and we will search for you. We will then forward you the page, which stated the price (in CNY ¥) and the delivery cost to our china warehouse. Thereafter you can decide to buy or not to buy.

How was it done? And why so cheap??!!
We will purchase the item on your behalf and ship the item to our warehouse in shanghai. And when all of your item reaches the warehouse, we will arrange with our partner logistic company and ship your item over directly to your door step!
We engage our logistic company directly, and come out with a corporate pricing. Also we do not work from a storefront, or a company base, therefore the low pricing.

Shipment charges and Fees
**$9 for the first KG, thereafter $7 for additional KG
If total shipment weight less that 1 KG, shipment will be charged at 1 KG pricing
A 5% service charges applies for every delivery (Item prices + local shipment + international shipment)*5%
**According to the international transportation standards, light weight bulky items will be charged according to the volume weight.
The formula is =
Volume Weight (kg) = Length (cm) * Width (cm) * Height (cm) / 5000
